About the Project

What this project is

South Nine covers baccarat in English and Russian. We explain the rules and variants, compare live tables with RNG games, calculate the odds for free and run a no-registration demo table. We are not an operator: we do not take bets, open accounts or pay out winnings.

Every article exists as a language pair — English and Russian — and the figures in both versions match.

The team

Pavel Zadorin — editor-in-chief, 8 years in gambling analytics. He started as a payment-scenario tester and has written casino reviews and rating methods since 2021. Every operator in the rating is checked on a real account: table limits recorded in the lobby, actual withdrawal time measured, support tested in Russian. His speciality is baccarat: rules, payout speed and live-table limits.

Sergey Melnikov — editor: odds math, fact-checking and source work. He cross-checks payout tables against game rules and independent calculations and makes sure every figure carries a source and a check date.

How we make money

The site runs on affiliate links. If you follow a link and register with an operator, the operator pays us a commission — it costs you nothing extra. We earn commissions from other listed operators as well.

Affiliation does not affect the scores: every casino in the rating has mandatory cons, the order follows the rating method, and affiliate links are marked rel="nofollow sponsored".

Principles

Every figure has a source and a check date. Casino figures come from the operator's site or a real-account test. If a fact cannot be confirmed, the sentence is removed entirely. Play only from 18 (21 where required); if gambling stops being fun, see the Responsible Gambling block in the footer.
